In order to make on the spot export declaration as designated by the foreign trader, must ensure that the foreign trader does not have any presence in Vietnam (direct investment, representative office, branch in Vietnam).
In case the above regulations are not complied, the goods purchase and sale transactions designated by foreign traders who deliver and receive goods with other enterprises in Vietnam will not be eligible for on the spot export export and import.
When an on the spot export declaration arises, an enterprise must commit in writing that the foreign trader does not have any presence in Vietnam.
