On July 12th, 2019, the Ministry of Finance promulgated Circular No.42/2019/TT-BTC to terminate Circular No. 128/2014 / TT-BTC of September 5th, 2014. Whereby, the 50% preferential reduction of personal income tax for individuals working in the economic zone is terminated.
This Circular takes effect from August 26th , 2019.
