On December 19, 2019, the Government issued Decree No. 96/2019/ND-CP stipulating the land price bracket for each type of land and each region.
The land price bracket prescribed in the Decree is used as a basis for:
- People’s Committees of provinces and centrally controlled cities to develop and adjust the land price tables in their localities;
- Provincial-level People’s Committees shall base themselves on the local reality to set the maximum land price in the land price tables, the adjusted land price tables shall not exceed 20% of the maximum price of the same type of land in Land price bracket.
Decree 96/2019/ND-CP replaces Decree 104/2014/ND-CP dated 14th November 2014 and takes effect from the signing date.
