On June 22nd, 2023, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 13/2023/QD-TTg on promulgating the list of waste permitted for import as production materials. Thereby, there are some notable contents as follows:
The waste classified by the HS code that are permitted for import to Vietnam as production materials including:
+ Waste of iron, steel, and cast iron: HS No. 7204.10.00; 7204.21.00; 7204.29.00; 7204.30.00; 7204.41.00; 7204.49.00.
+ Waste and scrap of plastics: HS No. 3915.10.10; 3915.10.90; 3915.20.90; 3915.30.90; 3915.90.10; 3915.90.20; 3915.90.30; 3915.90.90.
+ Waste of paper: HS No. 4707.10.00; 4707.20.00; 4707.30.00.
+ Waste of glass: HS No. 7001.00.00.
+ Waste of non-ferrous metal: HS No. 7404.00.00; 7503.00.00; 7602.00.00; 7902.00.00; 8002.00.00; 8111.00.00.
