On September 9th, 2019, Ministry of Home Affairs issued the plan No 4312/ KH-BNV to implement Directive No 10/CT-TTg on April 22, 2019 on strengthening the handling and effectively preventing harassment and trouble for citizen and enterprises in solving jobs.
Some tasks and solutions to implement administrative reform, increase publicity and transparency in activities of agencies and renovate management technologies are required by the Ministry of Home Affairs as follows:
- Do not require businesses, citizens to supplement their dosiers more than once; do not accept excessive component dosiers as prescribed and do not require citizens to submit certified copies if not required by law;
- Quickly review and propose amendments and supplements to mechanisms, policies and laws under the management;
- Identify corruption risks with correspondence positions to take inspection and supervision measures;
- Immediately overcome shortcomings that might be taken advantage of to cause harassment and trouble to citizen and enterprises;
• Review administrative procedures simply, propose to immediately eliminate unnecessary, contradictory, overlapping, cumbersome and difficult procedures to perform; review and propose to shorten the time and itinerary for settlement.
