Must issue VAT invoices, declare and pay VAT when transferring assets from headquarter to the independent accounting branch

In case the company establishes independent accounting branch to continue implementing a new investment project in another province, when transferring assets that the company has invested in, purchased for the new investment project (assets new and unused), the company must issue a VAT invoice to the branch and declare and pay VAT according to regulations.
