Ms. Thao graduated from Vietnam University of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing major. Ms. Thao completed ACCA and was granted Certified Tax Agent of Vietnam in 2018
With many years of professional Accounting and Tax Services experience for Foreign Direct Investment companies (FDI) in manufacturing, Trading and Services Industry, etc. She is responsible for providing advice on Accounting, Taxation and Finance matters under the portfolio of clients.
Ms. Thao gained thorough knowledge of the Vietnam Tax system, Vietnamese Accounting Standards, International Accounting Standard that built her experience in setting up Internal Accounting and Control systems, Payroll system, Labor issues and managing communications with various authorities in Tax Inspection, Tax Incentives, Business dissolution, Financial Due Diligence and Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Vietnam in the course of work.
