Ms. Thao graduated from the Vietnam University of Commerce with an Accounting and Auditing major. Ms. Thao completed ACCA and was granted Certified Tax Agent, a Vietnam Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
With many years of professional Accounting and Tax Services experience for Foreign Direct Investment companies (FDI) in manufacturing, Trading and Services Industry, etc. She is responsible for providing advice on Accounting, Taxation, and Finance matters under the portfolio of clients. Ms. Thao gained a thorough knowledge of the Vietnam Tax system, Vietnamese Accounting Standards, and International Accounting Standards that built her experience in setting up Internal Accounting and Control systems, Payroll systems, Labor issues, and managing communications with various authorities in Tax Inspection, Tax Incentives, Business dissolution, Financial Due Diligence and Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Vietnam in the course of work.
