Mr. Hai was born in 1980 and started to study in Japan after receiving the scholarship from the Government of Japan when he was a sophomore of National Economics University in Viet Nam. He learned and worked in Japan for about 10 years. He got the Bachelor and the Master Degree in Economics at Kobe University, Japan and worked in the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan for more than 3 years. He also worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam for 11 years in the field of Vietnam – Japan relation. Therefore, he has a lot of experience regarding the relation between two countries, has good ability of Japanese and understand very well of Japanese culture, custom and business style.
