Mr. Amano joined EIKO Co., Ltd. in 2005 then moved business development division (new business department including M&A) as a new business/overseas section manager. In the following year, he was inaugurated as EIKO Vietnam President. Until 2017, he established 3 offices in Hanoi and EIKO Da Nang Co., Ltd.- a sister company in Da Nang City. He is in charge of establishment and business administration in all offices as a representative director. From 2018, he works in incorporation, human resources and education as trainer for employee and adviser for education businesses.
