Ms. Tuoi studied in Hanoi University and gained Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Certificate level 1 in her 4th schoolyear. After graduation, she joined the purchasing department of Brother Industries, Ltd. In 2010, she transferred to F.C.C. Co., Ltd. and worked as president’s assistant. She learned about business manners and Japanese culture when working as an employee of a Japanese company. In February 2013, she joined VBP and has been working in human resources, labor and accounting. In particular, she has experiences in setting up salary, insurance, salary scale, labor regulations, and accounting when establishing a local subsidiary insurance. She acquired UK Certified Public Accountant (ACCA).
