Ms. Mai graduated from Faculty of Economic Law, Hanoi University of Law. She is currently a lawyer, a member of the Bar Association of Hanoi.
Before working at VBP company, she had worked for several law firms in Hanoi for more than 5 years. To date, she has more than 7 years in providing consultation and solving various legal issues to enterprises. Accordingly, she has been accumulated with extensive knowledge and experience in diverse issues regarding operation of an enterprise, including internal administration, transferring of projects and enterprises, compiling economic agreements, implementing investment procedures, issuing enterprise certificates, registering and protecting intellectual property rights and so on.
