On June 20th, 2024, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 07/2024/QĐ-TTg. Accordingly, the following products, goods, and services must register contracts according to the template and general transaction conditions as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Consumer Protection:
- Electricity supply for household purposes
- Domestic water supply
- Pay television
- Terrestrial mobile telecommunications services (voice, messaging and Internet access services)
- Terrestrial fixed telecommunications services (voice and Internet access services)
- Air passenger transportation
- Rail passenger transportation
- Apartment sales and purchases
This Decision is effective from July 01st, 2024, and replaces Decisions No. 02/2012/QĐ-TTg, Decisions No. 35/2015/QĐ-TTg, Decisions No. 38/2018/QĐ-TTg, and Decisions No. 25/2019/QĐ-TTg.
