On May 28th, 2021, Bac Ninh Tax Department issued Official Letter No. 1198/CTBNI-TTHT, whereby:
Companies that are granted the investment registration certificate by Bac Ninh Department of Planning and Investment for the first time on April 5th, 2021, to implement a new investment project in Chau Phong industrial clusters, Chau Cau Village, Chau Phong Commune, Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province. For the time being, the law on corporate income tax does not have any regulations on incentives policy for projects in industrial clusters, thus any arising income from investment projects of the companies in Chau Phong industrial clusters shall not be eligible to enjoy any CIT incentives due to their failing to meet the regional conditions of the investment project implementation area.
