On August 5th, 2019, the Ministry of Finance promulgated the Circular 47/2019/TT-BTC regulating the level and regime of collection, management and using of fees for providing business information and Enterprise registration fees.
Accordingly, the Enterprise registration fee has changed as follows:
– The fee for granting, re-granting, changing the contents of the business registration certificate is VND 50,000 per time (currently VND 100,000 per time);
In case Enterprises register via online, they shall be exempted from business registration fee.
– The fee for publishing business registration content is VND 100,000 per time (reduction of 200,000 VND compared to the current one).
Fees for providing business information shall be remained as current regulations.
Circular 47/2019/TT-BTC takes effect from September 20th, 2019.
