Changing on Salary and Insurance policy in the next time
- Supplement the regulation regarding the regional minimum wage by hour
Currently, the government has just announced the regional minimum salary by month. However,with regard to the employees working part-time for the enterprise, there is no regulation of minimum salary by hours. Thus, the addition of the minimum salary by hours willensure the benefits of this group as well as the flexibility of the labor market.
- Increasing the regional minimum wage for the period from 2018 to 2020
For this period, the goal of the State is to increase the regional minimum salary so that by 2020 the minimum salary will ensure minimum living standards for employees and their families (not minimum living demand as currently).
- Supplementing 04 groups of people subject to compulsory social insurance
In addition to those who are required to pay compulsory social insurance in accordance with the Law on Social Insurance 2014, the following compulsory social insurance schemes shall be expanded as bellows:
- Business owners,
- Business managers,The manager or operator of a cooperative who works without salary,
- Employees who workon flexitime basis
- Amending the regulations of payment and the basic for social insurance payment
In order to overcome the situation of absconding and insufficient social insurance which affect the right of employees, the policy of social insurance will be amended the basic for social insurance paymentof the enterprise by at least 70% by total salary and other earnings like employee’s salary.
Documents, which specify those policies, are in the process of drafting and expected to be issued in the near future.
