Ms. Tuoi studied at Hanoi University and gained a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Certificate level 1 in her 4th school year. After graduation, she joined the purchasing department of Brother Industries, Ltd. In 2010, she transferred to F.C.C. Co., Ltd. and worked as president’s assistant. She learned about business manners and Japanese culture when working as an employee of a Japanese company. In February 2013, she joined VBP and has been working in the fields of human resources, labor, license and accounting. In particular, she has experience in setting up salary, insurance, salary scale, labor regulations, and accounting when establishing local subsidiary. She acquired a UK Certified Public Accountant (ACCA).
