Mr. Amano joined Eikoh Co., Ltd. in 2005 and then moved to the Business Development Division (in charge of new business development, including M&A) as a new business/overseas section manager in 2013. In the following years, he was inaugurated as Eikoh Vietnam’s General Director. In 2017, he established 3 offices in Hanoi and Eikoh Da Nang Co., Ltd.- an affiliate in Da Nang City. He was in charge of establishment and business administration in all offices as a representative director. Since 2018, he has worked in incorporation, human resources, and education as a trainer for employees and adviser for education businesses.
