The Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Circular No. 01/2021/BKHDT dated March 16th, 2021 provides guidance on enterprise registration. Circular issued the form which will be applied for the enterprise, household businesses registration procedure and specified guidance on some issues regarding the enterprise, household registration to comply with the Law on Enterprise 2020.
This Circular replaces Circular No. 20/2015/TT-BKHDT issued by the Minister of Planning and Investment Ministry on December 12th, 2015 conducts guidance on business registration and Circular No. 20/2015/TT- BKHDT issued by the Minister of Planning and Investment Ministry on January 08th, 2019 amending, supplementing some articles of Circular No. 20/2015/TT-BKHDT issued by the Minister of Planning and Investment Ministry on December 12th, 2015 conducts guidance on business registration.
This Circular takes effect from May 1st, 2021
