Mr. Doan was born in 1978. After the first 2 years of going to Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Foreign Trade University, he received a scholarship to study in Japan from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. He majored in wireless communication technology at Tokyo Institute of Technology and graduate school. He has many publications in many Japanese and international academic conferences, was awarded the Young Researcher Encouragement Award from Japanese IEEE-VTS, and acquired Japan Terrestrial Wireless license level 1 (highest level). After graduation, he worked for NTT DOCOMO and engaged in Next-generation mobile phone network development with a patent registered in Japan afterward (Registered number: 2008-259038). After returning to Vietnam, he worked as a consultant of investment, accounting, tax, and labor, and as Chief Representative of Vietnam Business and Investment Support desk in Okayama Prefecture. He graduated Vietnam Judicial Academy and achieved a Lawyer Qualification, a Vietnam Financial Analysis Certificate, and became a real estate appraiser in Vietnam. He contributed to the Mizuho Asia Report and held performances in Japan and Vietnam
