On August 08th, 2023, The Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 52/2023/TT-BTC guiding the policy for using regular state budget funds to support small and medium enterprises according to Decree No. 80/2021/ND -CP August 26, 2021 of the government.
One of the outstanding contents of Circular 52 is the policy to support vocational training for workers of small and medium enterprises.
According to Article 10 of Circular 52/2023/TT-BTC, employees have worked in small and medium enterprises for at least 06 consecutive months when participating in fundamental vocational training courses or any other training courses for less than 03 months, they can receive one-time support from the state budget for vocational training costs at the level announced by the vocational training facility but not exceeding 02 million VND/person/course.
This Circular takes effect from September 23rd, 2023.
