On January 09th, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Offical Letter No. 374/SLDTBXH-VLATLD on the implementation of Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP dated September 9th, 2021 of the Government, thereby:
The contents related to the removal of some regulations and conditions on the issuance, extension and certification of work permits for foreign workers working in Vietnam of Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP which are implemented to the end of December 31th, 2022 according to Point 3.8, Section 3 of Resolution No. 30/2021/QH15.
Therefore, from January 1st, 2023, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs requests all agencies, organizations and enterprises that engage in administrative procedures related to foreign workers to return to prepare the dossiers in compliance with Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP dated December 30th, 2020 of the Government on foreign workers working in Vietnam and recruitment, management of Vietnamese workers working for foreign employers in Vietnam.
