On March 15th, the Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs issued Official Letter No. 667/LDTBXH-ATLD on advancing COVID-19 infection risk assessment in labor facility.
Thereby, the Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs requires Chairpersons of the provincial, centrally run city People’s Committees to request the employers, enterprises, business, and production facility owners, especially in the industrial zones, export processing zones and high-tech zones, to actively assess the risk of COVID-19 infection at the workplace and dormitory for employees in Decision No. 2194 / QD-BCĐQG and report the results of monthly assessment to the Department of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs, industrial zones, export processing zones and high-tech zones authority.
Enterprises take note for their assessing implementation when there are instructions and requests from the Chairperson of the provincial, centrally run city People’s Committees where they reside their production and business establishments.
