On October 7th, 2020 The Department of Justice and The Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs have signed an interlinkage plan for a joint implementation of Judicial Records (LLTP) and Work Permit (WP) issuance procedures for the foreigner who works in Ho Chi Minh city, the main contents of this plan are as follows:
- Ho Chi Minh Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs will handle dossiers submission and return the result for the interlinked administrative procedure. Ho Chi Minh Department of Justice shall process and handle the request for issuing Judicial Records dossiers which are delivered by Ho Chi Minh Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs.
- Within 17 working days from the receipt of the satisfactory application, Ho Chi Minh Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs shall return the result to the submitter (including Judicial Records and Work Permit)
- Dossier processing procedures:
- Within 01 working day from the receipt of the satisfactory application, The Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs must transfer the submitted dossiers and the fee for issuing Judicial Records to The Department of Justice.
- Within 15 working days from the day that The Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs transfers the submitted dossiers, The Department of Justice shall process the issuance of Judicial Records dossiers and send them back to The Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs.
Within 01 working day from the day that The Department of Justice sends back Judicial Records, The Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs shall issue the Work Permit.
