CIT reduction incentives in 2020 for enterprises that do not apply calendar years for their fiscal years

On September 16^th, 2020, Dong Nai Tax Department issued Official Letter No. 10184/CT-TTHT. Whereby:

If the Companies whose total revenue does not exceed 200 billion VND in their fiscal year 2020 (from October 1^st, 2020 to September 30^th, 2021), their payable CIT in the fiscal year 2020 shall be reduced by 30%  (from October 1^st, 2020 to September 30^th, 2021) as stipulated in Decree No. 114/2020/ND-CP issued by the Government on September 25^th, 2020.
