On June 11th ,2020 Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee issued Official Letter No. 2176/UBND-VX assigning Department of Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs to facilitate procedures for new issuance and extension of work permits for foreign workers and prevent disease spread.
Thus, Ho Chi Minh has considered granting Work permits for foreign workers after 03 months of temporarily suspending receiving dossiers of new work permits application for foreign workers from countries, territories affected by the Covid-19 epidemic since March 16th, 2020
