On January 10th, 2020, the Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs of Hanoi issued notice No. 92/TB-LDTBXH on the provision and implementation of public services at level 3 and 4 under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs; People’s Committees at all levels in Hanoi.
According to this notice, some business procedures are encouraged to perform at https://dichvucong.hanoi.gov.vn/, including:
– Registration of labor regulations of the enterprise;
– Submission of collective labor agreement at enterprise level;
– Procedures related to the issuance/reissuance/extension of employment service license for employment agencies;
– Sending salary scale, salary table and labor productivity norm of the enterprise.
