This tool converts multiple XML invoices into an Excel file with the suitable format to import into accounting software.
Guidance:
Step 1: Select the item “XML to Excel”;
Step 2: Import the XML files of converted invoices (can compress many invoices into a zip/ rar file), select “Upload”;
Step 3: Download the Excel file and make the necessary edits to import into accounting software.
Notes:
Each invoice will be converted into 2 rows on the Excel file (including the line showing Amount and Taxes). Therefore, for invoices containing many lines of goods and services, further manual editing is required in order to meet actual needs.
