Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance has issued Official Letter 2618/BHXH-QLT on issuing health insurance cards for employees and students. Accordingly, in order to Employee’s Health Insurance card to be valid from January 1, 2020 and ensure the benefits of medical examination and treatment for employees, employers must pay Social insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance, Occupational accident, occupational diseases insurance in 2019 for employees before December 31, 2019.
